Gift Cards
• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Payment & Service
• Failure to pay will be considered theft of service and may be reported to law enforcement.
Right to Refuse Service
For the safety and comfort of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse service to:
• Anyone with contagious skin or nail conditions.
• Anyone with open wounds or signs of infection.
• Anyone whose health condition may be negatively affected by our services.
• Anyone displaying rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or guests.
Late Arrival
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.
Client Safety & Guidelines
• Diabetic Clients: Please notify us prior to service so we can take proper precautions. (Cutting services are not provided for diabetic clients.)
• Spa Chairs: Maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.
• Children: Children under 10 not receiving services must remain seated with an accompanying adult at all times.
• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment for corrections.
• No refunds are issued once a service has been performed.
